Leader Academy 2.0

Designed for graduates of the Traditional Leader Academy, the Leader Academy 2.0 offers an even deeper dive into the GiANT Worldwide curriculum, providing participants with the skills and understanding they will need to teach this content to their teams.

Simply put, the Traditional Leader Academy unlocks your personal potential; the Leader Academy 2.0 helps you unlock another's potential.

What does this include?

Over the course of 6 weeks, groups of 4-6 individuals will meet (virtually) for an hour each week. Brandon and Nicole will walk the groups through the Voices and Tools from the perspective of the teacher, offering each participant the skillsets needed to bring Abilyn's leadership training back to their work space.

The Leader Academy 2.0 includes weekly group sessions, weekly 1-on-1 check-ins, and a more thorough understanding of the content discussed in the Traditional Leader Academy.
